Guess & Win - Terms & Conditions

This programme is conducted by Cholayil Private Limited (here in after called as ‘THE COMPANY’)

 

  1. This programme is valid for the period between 15thMarch to 30th June 2022.
  2. This programme is applicable for selected cluster/territories in respective region.
  3. This programme is applicable for all GT business channels including wholesale.
  4. This scheme is valid only for the purchase of Cholayil products (All brands/SKU)
  5. Only the purchases from the authorized distributors / Super Stockiest of the respective areas shall be part of the scheme.
  6. Guess the correct count of Ping Pong Ballskept inside the activity vehicle and get the prizes- as per applicability
  7. In case of no correct guess, the closest guess will be considered the winner.
  8. If one or more participants guess correctly/closest, the winner shall be decided by a lucky draw process.
  9. The company reserves the right to close or postpone the scheme without any prior notice.
  10. Guess coupon should be filled by ballpen, no overwriting/corrections allowed.
  11. All guess coupons should be stamped and signed by retailer.
  12. Results of the contest will be declared at company decided venue in selected cities.
  13. Gift items for each cluster is mentioned in the programme brochure.
  14. CPL reserves the right to change/modify the gifts without prior notice.
  15. If for some reasons the displayed gifts are not available, then a gift item of equivalent value shall be provided.
  16. Gifts cannot be exchanged with cash, under any circumstances.
  17. If the cost of the gift goes down during the operation of the scheme, the company cannot be held responsible for the same.
  18. Items shown in the illustrations are only illustrative in nature.
  19. All disputes are subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
  20. The Winners should take delivery of CAR & Bike at ex-showroom price without any accessories.
  21. CPL will give cheque equivalent to Ex-Showroom price to showroom towards purchase. The cost to be negotiated by company team.
  22. All other levies/taxes & requirements will be borne by the winner, in case applicable.
  23. The Medimix mega event will be held at company decided venue post activity period, the retailers will have to make their own arrangements to attend this event.
  24. The party who will win the Mega prize,1st,2nd,3rdand 4thprize will not be entitled for any further prizes in lucky draw.
  25. Company reserves the right to use the name/picture of the winners for the brand promotion activities.
  26. Company decisions will be final and bearing to all.
